[lldb/Plugin] s/LLDB_PLUGIN/LLDB_PLUGIN_DEFINE/ (NFC)

Rename LLDB_PLUGIN to LLDB_PLUGIN_DEFINE as Pavel suggested in D73067 to
avoid name conflict.
