When migrating to `ReportError` the newline (`\n`) at the end of the
error message was meant to be removed, but instead only the backslash
got deleted.
This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the
compiler would warn if None were deprecated. The intent is to reduce
the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to
std::optional.

Implements `dwim-print`, a printing command that chooses the most direct,
efficient, and resilient means of printing a given expression.
DWIM is an acronym for Do What I Mean. From Wikipedia, DWIM is described as:
> attempt to anticipate what users intend to do, correcting trivial errors
> automatically rather than blindly executing users' explicit but
> potentially incorrect input
The `dwim-print` command serves as a single print command for users who don't
yet know, or prefer not to know, the various lldb commands that can be used to
print, and when to use them.
This initial implementation is the base foundation for `dwim-print`. It accepts
no flags, only an expression. If the expression is the name of a variable in
the frame, then effectively `frame variable` is used to get, and print, its
value. Otherwise, printing falls back to using `expression` evaluation. In this
initial version, frame variable paths will be handled with `expression`.
Following this, there are a number of improvements that can be made. Some
improvements include supporting `frame variable` expressions or registers.
To provide transparency, especially as the `dwim-print` command evolves, a new
setting is also introduced: `dwim-print-verbosity`. This setting instructs
`dwim-print` to optionally print a message showing the effective command being
run. For example `dwim-print var.meth()` can print a message such as: "note:
ran `expression var.meth()`".

`GetPropertyAtIndexAsArgs` returns true on success and false on failure. Right
now it returns the converted `size_t` returned from `GetArgs` which describes
the number of arguments in the argument list. So for empty argument lists
(`(size_t)0` -> `(bool)false`) this function always fails.
The only observable effect of this seems to be that empty arguments are never
propagated to the internal LaunchInfo for a process. This causes that once any
argument has been added to `target.run-args`, clearing `target.run-args` doesn't
have any effect.

Add a "diagnostics dump" command to, as the name implies, dump the
diagnostics to disk. The goal of this command is to let the user
generate the diagnostics in case of an issue that doesn't cause the
debugger to crash.
This command is also critical for testing, where we don't want to cause
a crash to emit the diagnostics.

If a process has multiple threads, the thread with the stop
info might not be the first one in the thread list.
On Windows, under certain circumstances, processes seem to have
one or more extra threads that haven't been launched by the
executable itself, waiting in NtWaitForWorkViaWorkerFactory. If the
main (stopped) thread isn't the first one in the list (the order
seems nondeterministic), DidProcessStopAbnormally() would return
false prematurely, instead of inspecting later threads.
The main observable effect of DidProcessStopAbnormally() erroneously
returning false, is when running lldb with multiple "-o" parameters
to specify multiple commands to execute on the command line.
After an abnormal stop, lldb would stop executing "-o" parameters
and execute "-k" parameters instead - but due to this issue, it
would instead keep executing "-o" parameters as if there was no
abnormal stop. (If multiple parameters are specified via a script
file via the "-s" option, all of the commands in that file are
executed regardless of whether there's an abnormal stop inbetween.)

I had incorrectly removed one set of checks in the option handling in
Options::ParseAlias because I couldn't see what it is for. It was a
bit obscure, but it handled the case where you pass "-something=other --"
as the input_line, which caused the built-in "run" alias not to return
the right value for IsDashDashCommand, causing TestHelp.py to fail.
This reverts commit 6c089b2af5.
This was causing the test test_help_run_hides_options from TestHelp.py to
fail on Linux and Windows (but the test succeeds on macOS). The decision
to print option information is determined by CommandObjectAlias::IsDashDashCommand
which was changed, but only by replacing an inline string constant with a const char *
CommandInterpreter::g_argument which has the same string value. I can't see why this
would fail, I'll have to spin up a vm to see if I can repo there.
Sadly, the test passes on macOS, but fails on Ubuntu & Win. The
extra option printing is supposed to be suppressed by the return
from CommandObjectAlias::IsDashDashCommand. That was changed, but just
by replacing an inline string compare with a const string from
CommandInterpreter. Putting the old version back temporarily to
see if that is really the problem.
This is particularly a problem for alias construction, where you might
want to have a backtick surrounded option in the alias. Before this
patch:
command alias expression -Z \`argc\` -- argv
for instance would be rendered as:
expression -Z argc -- argv
and would fail to work.

This patch adds new SBDebugger::GetSetting() API which
enables client to access settings as SBStructedData.
Implementation wise, a new ToJSON() virtual function is added to OptionValue
class so that each concrete child class can override and provides its
own JSON representation. This patch aims to define the APIs and implement
a common set of OptionValue child classes, leaving the remaining for
future patches.
This patch is used later by auto deduce source map from source line breakpoint
feature for testing generated source map entries.

LLVM contains a helpful function for getting the size of a C-style
array: `llvm::array_lengthof`. This is useful prior to C++17, but not as
helpful for C++17 or later: `std::size` already has support for C-style
arrays.

This fixes the static assert that's meant to keep the g_arguments_data
table in sync with the CommandArgumentType enumeration. Indeed, the

This is currently being done in an ad hoc way, and so for some
commands it isn't being checked. We have the info to make this check,
since commands are supposed to add their arguments to the m_arguments
field of the CommandObject. This change uses that info to check whether
the command received arguments in error.
A handful of commands weren't defining their argument types, I also had
to fix them. And a bunch of commands were checking for arguments by
hand, so I removed those checks in favor of the CommandObject one. That
also meant I had to change some tests that were checking for the ad hoc
error outputs.

This patch adds a new flag to `log enable`, allowing the user to specify
a custom log handler. In addition to the default (stream) handler, this
allows using the circular log handler (which logs to a fixed size,
in-memory circular buffer) as well as the system log handler (which logs
to the operating system log).

As it exists today, Host::SystemLog is used exclusively for error
reporting. With the introduction of diagnostic events, we have a better
way of reporting those. Instead of printing directly to stderr, these
messages now get printed to the debugger's error stream (when using the
default event handler). Alternatively, if someone is listening for these
events, they can decide how to display them, for example in the context
of an IDE such as Xcode.
This change also means we no longer write these messages to the system
log on Darwin. As far as I know, nobody is relying on this, but I think
this is something we could add to the diagnostic event mechanism.

The setting `plugin.object-file.pe-coff.module-abi` is a string-to-enum
map that allows specifying an ABI to a module name. For example:
ucrtbase.dll=msvc
libstdc++-6.dll=gnu
This allows for debugging a process which mixes both modules built using
the MSVC ABI and modules built using the MinGW ABI.

The fix is to append a newline to the source being evaluated.
Without this patch, the following commands **print no output, no errors**.

The issue is with `code.InteractiveConsole.runsource()`. A trailing newline is
needed for these expressions to be evaluated. I don't know why this is, the
docs don't mention anything.
From a python repl, the following samples show that a terminal newline allows
statements containing flow control to fully execute.

Notes:
From an interactive python repl, the output is not printed immediately. The

The interactive interpreter is overwriting the exit and quit builtins
with an instance of LLDBQuitter in order to make exit and quit behave
like exit() and quit(). It does that by overwriting the __repr__
function to call itself.
Despite being a neat trick, it has the unintentional side effect that
printing these builtins now quits the interpreter:

Python Interactive Interpreter. To exit, type 'quit()', 'exit()' or Ctrl-D.

You might consider the above example slightly convoluted, but a more
realistic situation is calling locals():

This patch keeps the existing behavior but without overwriting the
builtins. Instead, it looks for quit and exit in the input. If they're
present, we exit the interpreter with the help of an exception.
The previous implementation also used globals to differentiate between
exit getting called from the interactive interpreter or from inside a
script. This patch achieves the same by using a different exception in
for the interpreter case.

This adds a setting (`target.max-children-depth`) that will provide a default value for the `--depth` flag used by `expression` and `frame variable`.
The new setting uses the same default that's currently fixed in source: `UINT32_MAX`.
This provides two purposes:
1. Allowing downstream forks to provide a customized default.
2. Allowing users to set their own default.
Following `target.max-children-count`, a warning is emitted when the max depth is reached. The warning lets users know which flags or settings they can customize. This warning is shown only when the limit is the default value.

The driver can push a null ExecutionContext on to this stack,
and later calls to SBCommandInterpreter::HandleCommand which
don't specify an ExecutionContext can pull an entry from the
