1a36588ec6 [mlir] Use std::nullopt instead of None (NFC)
This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the
compiler would warn if None were deprecated. The intent is to reduce
the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to
std::optional.

This is part of an effort to migrate from llvm::Optional to
std::optional:

e13d23bc6c [mlir] Rename OpAsmParser::OperandType to OpAsmParser::UnresolvedOperand
I am not sure about the meaning of Type in the name (was it meant be interpreted as Kind?), and given the importance and meaning of Type in the context of MLIR, its probably better to rename it. Given the comment in the source code, the suggestion in the GitHub issue and the final discussions in the review, this patch renames the OperandType to UnresolvedOperand.

e7c7b16a84 [mlir] Region/BranchOpInterface: Allow implicit type conversions along control-flow edges
RegionBranchOpInterface and BranchOpInterface are allowed to make implicit type conversions along control-flow edges. In effect, this adds an interface method, `areTypesCompatible`, to both interfaces, which should return whether the types of corresponding successor operands and block arguments are compatible. Users of the interfaces, here on forth, must be aware that types may mismatch, although current users (in MLIR core), are not affected by this change. By default, type equality is used.

`async.execute` already has unequal types along control-flow edges (`!async.value<f32>` vs. `f32`), but it opted out of calling `RegionBranchOpInterface::verifyTypes` in its verifier. That method has now been removed and `RegionBranchOpInterface` will verify types along control edges by default in its verifier.

65e7cd13bb [mlir] Remove a bunch of unnecessary dialect dependencies
A lot of dialects have dependencies that are unnecessary, either because of copy/paste
of files when creating things or some other means. This commit cleans up a bunch of
the simple ones:

* Copy/Paste or missed during refactoring
Most of the dependencies cleaned up here look like copy/paste errors when creating
new dialects/transformations, or because the dependency wasn't removed during a
refactoring (e.g. when splitting the standard dialect).

* Unnecessary hard coding of constant operations in matchers
There are a few instances where a dialect had a dependency because it
was hardcoding checks for constant operations instead of using the better m_Constant
approach.

5c36ee8d57 [mlir] Drop the leading space when printing regions
The leading space that is always printed at the beginning of regions is not consistent with other parts of the printing API. Moreover, this leading space can lead to undesirable assembly formats:

```
attr-dict-with-keyword $region
```

Prints as:

```
// Two spaces between `}` and `{`
attributes {foo}  { ... }
```

Moreover, the leading space results in the odd generic op format:

```
"test.op"() ( {...}) : () -> ()
```

ae40d62541 [mlir] Refactor ElementsAttr's value access API
There are several aspects of the API that either aren't easy to use, or are
deceptively easy to do the wrong thing. The main change of this commit
is to remove all of the `getValue<T>`/`getFlatValue<T>` from ElementsAttr
and instead provide operator[] methods on the ranges returned by
`getValues<T>`. This provides a much more convenient API for the value
ranges. It also removes the easy-to-be-inefficient nature of
getValue/getFlatValue, which under the hood would construct a new range for
the type `T`. Constructing a range is not necessarily cheap in all cases, and
could lead to very poor performance if used within a loop; i.e. if you were to
naively write something like:

```
DenseElementsAttr attr = ...;
for (int i = 0; i < size; ++i) {
  // We are internally rebuilding the APFloat value range on each iteration!!
  APFloat it = attr.getFlatValue<APFloat>(i);
}
```

fd9613324d [MLIR] Rename Shape dialect's join to meet.
For the type lattice, we (now) use the "less specialized or equal" partial
order, leading to the bottom representing the empty set, and the top
representing any type.

This naming is more in line with the generally used conventions, where the top
of the lattice is the full set, and the bottom of the lattice is the empty set.
A typical example is the powerset of a finite set: generally, meet would be the
intersection, and join would be the union.

```
top:  {a,b,c}
     /   |   \
 {a,b} {a,c} {b,c}
   |  X     X  |
   {a} { b } {c}
      \  |  /
bottom: { }
```

This is in line with the examined lattice representations in LLVM:
* lattice for `BitTracker::BitValue` in `Hexagon/BitTracker.h`
* lattice for constant propagation in `HexagonConstPropagation.cpp`
* lattice in `VarLocBasedImpl.cpp`
* lattice for address space inference code in `InferAddressSpaces.cpp`

485cc55edf [mlir] Generare .cpp.inc files for dialects.
* Previously, we were only generating .h.inc files. We foresee the need to also generate implementations and this is a step towards that.
* Discussed in https://llvm.discourse.group/t/generating-cpp-inc-files-for-dialects/3732/2
* Deviates from the discussion above by generating a default constructor in the .cpp.inc file (and adding a tablegen bit that disables this in case if this is user provided).
* Generating the destructor started as a way to flush out the missing includes (produces a link error), but it is a strict improvement on its own that is worth doing (i.e. by emitting key methods in the .cpp file, we root vtables in one translation unit, which is a non-controversial improvement).
