8187b8c42b [mlir] Rename arith.addi_carry to arith.addui_carry
The intention is to have this op lowered to
`llvm.intr.uadd.with.overflow` or `spv.IAddCarry`. LLVM has a second
intrinsic for signed add-with-overflow, `llvm.intr.sadd.with.overflow`,
with different semantics. Therefore we should have 2 ops with `arith`,
and be explicit about signed/unsigned semantics.

Rename `arith.addi_carry` to `arith.addui_carry` before we introduce a
signed version of this op: `arith.addsi_carry`.

A bitwise and with the bitwise negate of itself is always 0, regardless of the integer type. This patch adds detection of such a pattern in `arith.andi`s `fold` method.

e179532284 [mlir] Remove types from attributes
This patch removes the `type` field from `Attribute` along with the
`Attribute::getType` accessor.

Going forward, this means that attributes in MLIR will no longer have
types as a first-class concept. This patch lays the groundwork to
incrementally remove or refactor code that relies on generic attributes
being typed. The immediate impact will be on attributes that rely on
`Attribute` containing a type, such as `IntegerAttr`,
`DenseElementsAttr`, and `ml_program::ExternAttr`, which will now need
to define a type parameter on their storage classes. This will save
memory as all other attribute kinds will no longer contain a type.

Moreover, it will not be possible to generically query the type of an
attribute directly. This patch provides an attribute interface
`TypedAttr` that implements only one method, `getType`, which can be
used to generically query the types of attributes that implement the
interface. This interface can be used to retain the concept of a "typed
attribute". The ODS-generated accessor for a `type` parameter
automatically implements this method.

Next steps will be to refactor the assembly formats of certain operations
that rely on `parseAttribute(type)` and `printAttributeWithoutType` to
remove special handling of type elision until `type` can be removed from
the dialect parsing hook entirely; and incrementally remove uses of
`TypedAttr`.

1ef32e7828 [mlir][Arithmetic] Fix printing larger integer attributes in arith.const
For arith.constant operations of integer type, the operation generates
result names that include the value of the constant (i.e., the
IntegerAttr that defines the constant's value). That code currently
assumes integer widths of 64 bits or less and hits an assert with wider
constants or would create truncated and potentially ambiguous names when
built with assertions disabled.

To enable printing arith.constant ops for arbitrarily wide integer
types, change to use the IntegerAttr's function getValue() when
generating result names.

Also, add a regression test.

535b507ba5 [mlir][Arithmetic] Add arith.delinearize_index operation
This change adds a new DelinearizeIndexOp to the `arith` dialect. The
operation accepts an `index` type as well as a basis (array of index
values) representing how the index should be decomposed into a
multi-index. The decomposition obeys a canonical semantic that treats
the final basis element as "fastest varying" and the first basis element
as "slowest varying". A naive lowering of the operation using a sequence
of `arith.divui` and `arith.remui` operations is also given.

Per the discussion in https://reviews.llvm.org/D116345 it makes sense
to move AtomicRMWOp out of the standard dialect. This was accentuated by the
need to add a fold op with a memref::cast. The only dialect
that would permit this is the memref dialect (keeping it in the standard dialect
or moving it to the arithmetic dialect would require those dialects to have a
dependency on the memref dialect, which breaks linking).

As the AtomicRMWKind enum is used throughout, this has been moved to Arith.
