e21adfa32d [mlir] Mark LogicalResult as LLVM_NODISCARD
This makes ignoring a result explicit by the user, and helps to prevent accidental errors with dropped results. Marking LogicalResult as no discard was always the intention from the beginning, but got lost along the way.

72c65b698e [mlir] Move TestDialect and its passes to mlir::test namespace.
TestDialect has many operations and they all live in ::mlir namespace.
Sometimes it is not clear whether the ops used in the code for the test passes
belong to Standard or to Test dialects.

Also, with this change it is easier to understand what test passes registered
in mlir-opt are actually passes in mlir/test.

e2394245eb Add an option for unrolling loops up to a factor.
Currently, there is no option to allow for unrolling a loop up to a specific factor (specified by the user).
The code for doing that is there and there are benefits when unrolling is done to smaller loops (smaller than the factor specified).

c25b20c0f6 [mlir] NFC: Rename LoopOps dialect to SCF (Structured Control Flow)
This dialect contains various structured control flow operaitons, not only
loops, reflect this in the name. Drop the Ops suffix for consistency with other
dialects.

Note that this only moves the files and changes the C++ namespace from 'loop'
to 'scf'. The visible IR prefix remains the same and will be updated
separately. The conversions will also be updated separately.

93d1108801 [MLIR][LoopOps] Adds the loop unroll transformation for loop::ForOp.
Summary:
Adds the loop unroll transformation for loop::ForOp.
Adds support for promoting the body of single-iteration loop::ForOps into its containing block.
Adds check tests for loop::ForOps with dynamic and static lower/upper bounds and step.
Care was taken to share code (where possible) with the AffineForOp unroll transformation to ease maintenance and potential future transition to a LoopLike construct on which loop transformations for different loop types can implemented.
