e300004bd5 LoopVectorize: Make iteration over induction variables not depend on pointer values. 
MapVector is a bit heavyweight, but I don't see a simpler way. Also the
InductionList is unlikely to be large. This should help 3-stage selfhost
compares (PR14647).

aeb17df802 LoopVectorizer: When -Os is used, vectorize only loops that dont require a tail loop. There is no testcase because I dont know of a way to initialize the loop vectorizer pass without adding an additional hidden flag.
