01adf96ebc [clang] Add the check of membership in decltype for the issue #58674
D137531 had once fixed the issue. However, it caused a crash during compiling
llvm/unittests/IR/PatternMatch.cpp in stage-2. The reason is the predicator
isDerivedFrom does not consider independent types if the derived type is
dependent.

This patch improves D137531 by adding an option to make isDerivedFrom consider
independent types.

cc526e346d [C++20] [Coroutines] Disable to take the address of labels in coroutines
Closing https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/56436

We can't support the GNU address of label extension in coroutines well
in current architecture. Since the coroutines are going to split into
pieces in the middle end so the address of labels are ambiguous that
time.

To avoid any further misunderstanding, we try to emit an error here.

84e3fdc019 Fix -Wlogical-op-parentheses warning inconsistency for const and constexpr values
When using the && operator within a || operator, both Clang and GCC
produce a warning for potentially confusing operator precedence.
However, Clang avoids this warning for certain patterns, such as
a && b || 0 or a || b && 1, where the operator precedence of && and ||
does not change the result.

However, this behavior appears inconsistent when using the const or
constexpr qualifiers. For example:

bool t = true;
bool tt = true || false && t; // Warning: '&&' within '||'
const bool t = true;
bool tt = true || false && t; // No warning
const bool t = false;
bool tt = true || false && t; // Warning: '&&' within '||'

The second example does not produce a warning because
true || false && t matches the a || b && 1 pattern, while the third one
does not match any of them.

This behavior can lead to the lack of warnings for complicated
constexpr expressions. Clang should only suppress this warning when
literal values are placed in the place of t in the examples above.

This patch adds the literal-or-not check to fix the inconsistent
warnings for && within || when using const or constexpr.

It is unclear to me if further simplification can be gained

Either way, I think this makes support for P0588 completes,

(and I lack confidence I understand P0588 sufficiently to assert
the completeness of our cnformance).

This problem has been known since

Fix this by making the result type noreturn only if both e1 and e2 are

85960043d5 [clang] Add the check of membership in decltype for the issue #58674#
Originally, the code would take a lookup result as a member in the
current scope and build a member expression accordingly, if the lookup
result was not an operand of the address operator, or it was a field
declaration. However, a field declaration may come from another class,
and cause the issue #58674.

Thus, this patch fixes the issue via checking where does the field
declaration comes from, and if it comes from another class, then marks
it as not member in the current scope. The parent scopes of the current
scope are also checked, as the current scope may be associated to a
lambda or friend declaration.

41ce74e6e9 [Clang][Sema] Add -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types-strict
Clang supports indirect call Control-Flow Integrity (CFI) sanitizers
(e.g. -fsanitize=cfi-icall), which enforce an exact type match
between a function pointer and the target function. Unfortunately,
Clang doesn't provide diagnostics that help developers avoid
function pointer assignments that can lead to runtime CFI
failures. -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types doesn't warn about
enum to integer mismatches if the types are otherwise compatible, for
example, which isn't sufficient with CFI.

Add -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types-strict, which checks for a
stricter function type compatibility in assignments and helps warn about
assignments that can potentially lead to CFI failures.

aff1f6310e [clang] use getCommonSugar in an assortment of places
For this patch, a simple search was performed for patterns where there are
two types (usually an LHS and an RHS) which are structurally the same, and there
is some result type which is resolved as either one of them (typically LHS for
consistency).

We change those cases to resolve as the common sugared type between those two,
utilizing the new infrastructure created for this purpose.
