749620ea2c [lib++][CI] Changes bootstrap build type. (#88175)
The RelWithDebInfo generates a few GB of debug info that is not used.
Instead use the normal Release build for testing.

c174d8f465 [libc++][CI] Updates Docker LLDB dependencies. (#88174)
In order to test the LLDB data formatters make is required and SWIG
needs to be updated to version 4.

As drive-by, this patch sorts the entries and removes some duplicates.

1fda1776e3 [libc++][chrono] Adds the sys_info class. (#85619)
Adds the sys_info class and time_zone::get_info(). The code still has a
few quirks and has not been optimized for performance yet.

The returned sys_info is compared against the output of the zdump tool
in the test giving confidence the implementation is correct.

Implements parts of:
- P0355 Extending <chrono> to Calendars and Time Zones

Implements:
- LWGXXXX The sys_info range should be affected by save

59e66c515a [libc++][format] Switches to Unicode 15.1. (#86543)
In addition to changes in the tables the extended grapheme clustering
algorithm has been overhauled. Before I considered a separate state
machine to implement the rules. With the new rule GB9c this became more
attractive and the design has changed.

This change initially had quite an impact on the performance. By making
the state machine persistent the performance was improved greatly. Note
it is still slower than before due to the larger Unicode tables.

eea3bd3954 [libc++][TZDB] Fixes relative path resolving. (#87882)
The path /etc/localtime is a symlink. This symlink can be a relative
path. This fixes resolving a relative symlink.

Since the path used is hard-coded based on the user's system there is no
good way to test this.

1381645ab6 [libc++][format] adds a basic fuzzer test. (#87883)
This adds an initial fuzzer. Different formatting arguments will execute
different code paths. This will be tested by different fuzzer tests.

The code is based on a sample provided by Louis.

e280407a48 [libc++] Add test coverage for our implementation of LWG4031 (#87508)
This was actually already implemented in the initial version of
std::expected, but this patch adds test coverage and makes it more
explicit that we intend to make these functions noexcept.

ea2392ed33 [libc++][format] Fixed println.blank_line.sh.cpp test on llvm-clang-win-x-* configurations (#88011)
Fix for issue:

The test fails on the windows to linux cross builders. The proposed
resolution is to print some text. The issue is possibly due to the
original test outputting a single `\n` character.

Spotted this minor mistake in the tests as I was looking into testing
more thoroughly `atomic_ref`.

84ae8cb4af [libc++] std::ranges::advance: avoid unneeded bounds checks when advancing iterator (#84126)
Currently, the bounds check in `std::ranges::advance(it, n, s)` is done
_before_ `n` is checked. This results in one extra, unneeded bounds
check.

Thus, `std::ranges::advance(it, 1, s)` currently is _not_ simply
equivalent to:

```c++
if (it != s) {
    ++it;
}
```

This difference in behavior matters when the check involves some
"expensive" logic. For example, the `==` operator of
`std::istreambuf_iterator` may actually have to read the underlying
`streambuf`.

Swapping around the checks in the `while` results in the expected
behavior.

Libc++'s own <stddef.h> is complicated by the need to handle various
platform-specific macros and to support duplicate inclusion. In reality,
we only need to add a declaration of nullptr_t to it, so we can simply
include the underlying <stddef.h> outside of our guards to let it handle
re-inclusion itself.

1679b27959 [libc++] Refactor __tuple_like and __pair_like (#85206)
The exposition-only type trait `pair-like` includes `ranges::subrange`,
but in every single case excludes `ranges::subrange` from the list. This
patch introduces two new traits `__tuple_like_no_subrange` and
`__pair_like_no_subrange`, which exclude `ranges::subrange` from the
possible matches. `__pair_like` is no longer required, and thus removed.
`__tuple_like` is implemented as `__tuple_like_no_subrange` or a
`ranges::subrange` specialization.

6e6d266fb8 [libc++] Fix one case in saturate_cast.pass.cpp for 64-bit on z/OS (#86724)
On z/OS int128 is disabled causing one of the cases in
`saturate_cast.pass.cpp` to fail. The failure is only in 64-bit mode.
In this case `the std::numeric_limits<long long int>::max()` is within
`std::numeric_limits<unsigned long int>::min()`
and `std::numeric_limits<unsigned long int>::max()` therefore,
saturate_cast<unsigned long int>( sBigMax) == LONG_MAX and not ULONG_MAX
as original test.

In 32-bit, `saturate_cast<unsigned long int>( sBigMax) == ULONG_MAX`
like on other platforms where int128 is enabled.

This PR is required to pass this test case on z/OS and possibly on other
platforms where int128 is not supported/enabled.
