Removed redundant ops from the standard dialect that were moved to the
`arith` or `math` dialects.
Renamed all instances of operations in the codebase and in tests.

The FIR builder is a helper class that manages the creation of MLIR
operations from the bridge. The focus of the builder is the creation of
Operations, Types, etc.
