Kamil Rytarowski 04d8dca7ab Remove XFAIL in get_module_and_offset_for_pc.cc for NetBSD-MSan

After updating GET_LINK_MAP_BY_DLOPEN_HANDLE() for recent NetBSD
this test no longer fails.
