This reverts commit 0dba5381d8.

YMM rounding was removed from AVX10 whitepaper. Ref:
https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/784343

The MINMAX and SATURATING CONVERT instructions will be removed as a
follow up.
