- Implemented `operator<=>` for `optional`
- Updated "optional synopsis" to match the current draft https://eel.is/c++draft/optional closer
- Implemented https://cplusplus.github.io/LWG/issue3566
- Implemented https://cplusplus.github.io/LWG/issue3746
