Dave Lee 606c3be85d [lldb] Minor cleanups to ThreadPlan.h (NFC) ...

While learning about ThreadPlan, I did a bit of cleanup:

* Remove unused code
* Move functions to protected where applicable
* Remove virtual for functions that are not overridden
