to `map = (d0, d1) -> (d1 : dense, d0 : dense)`

**DCSR**
`lvlTypes = [ "compressed", "compressed" ]` to `map = (d0, d1) -> (d0 :
compressed, d1 : compressed)`

**DCSC**
`lvlTypes = [ "compressed", "compressed" ], dimToLvl = affine_map<(i,j)
