Jonas Devlieghere a6682a413d Simplify Boolean expressions
This patch simplifies boolean expressions acorss LLDB. It was generated
using clang-tidy with the following command:

run-clang-tidy.py -checks='-*,readability-simplify-boolean-expr' -format -fix $PWD
