* Added int_spv_group_memory_barrier_with_group_sync intrinsic in
IntrinsicsSPIRV.td
* Added lowering for int_spv_group_memory_barrier_with_group_sync in
SPIRVInstructionSelector.cpp
* Added SPIRV backend test case
