Mike Spertus 9aeab53eba Improve MSVC visualizers for DeclSpec and TemplateName ...

DeclSpec now shows the TypeRep, ExprRep, or DeclRep as appropriate
TemplateName decodes and displays the StorageType
A few minor refinements to other types
