Pavel Labath bad5ee15ea [lldb] Make TestLoadUsingLazyBind work on linux 
and probably other posix oses. Use extra_images to ensure
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set correctly.

Also take the opportunity to remove hand-rolled library extension
management code in favor of the existing one.
