Summary of changes: - Changed parser to eliminate generation of excessive error messages; - Corrected lit tests to match all expected error messages; - Corrected lit tests to guard against unwanted extra messages (added option "--implicit-check-not=error:"); - Added missing checks and fixed some typos in tests.
