Fangrui Song a0671758eb Reapply [MCExpr] Remove generic getVariantKindName and getVariantKindForName 
They are error-prone as MCParser may parse a variant kind,
which cannot be handled by the target.

The replacement in MCAsmInfo should be used instead.
