Nico Weber c9c55cf89b Rename llvm/test/tools/llvm-pdbdump to llvm/test/tools/llvm-pdbutil ...

llvm-pdbdump was renamed to llvm-pdbutil long ago. This updates the test
to be where you'd expect them to be.
