Asiri Rathnayake b3698ba361 [libunwind] Remove unused code. ...

The whole file is guarded with #if _LIBUNWIND_ARM_EHABI, and then in the
middle we have these two blocks, which render them pretty unused. An
artefact of a refactoring it seems.
