Nick Desaulniers f1800df5d5 [libc] fix lfind entrypoints (#115771) ...

- move arm entrypoint to fullbuild only
- remove baremetal entrypoints; we avoid POSIX on baremetal
- remove darwin/arm and windows entrypoints since these are untested
