Camilla Löwy 9e56099edd Add glfwSetWindowAttrib ...

This function allows updating the GLFW_DECORATED, GLFW_RESIZABLE,
GLFW_FLOATING and GLFW_AUTO_ICONIFY attributes for existing windows.

Fixes #537.
