David Spickett c01548c7e0 [compiler-rt][lsan] Increase libdl_deadlock test timeout ...

We (Linaro) still have the occasional failure here due
to high load on a shared buildbot machine.

We are looking into general soloutions but perhaps this
will help in the meantime.
