Jeffrey Tan 8c6e138aa8 Support logpoints in lldb-vscode ...

This patch implements VSCode DAP logpoints feature (also called tracepoint
in other VS debugger).
This will provide a convenient way for user to do printf style logging
debugging without pausing debuggee.
