Florian Hahn c671e34bf2 [VPlan] Add dump() helper to VPValue & VPRecipeBase. 
This provides a convenient way to print VPValues and recipes in a
debugger. In particular it saves the user from instantiating
VPSlotTracker to print recipes or values.
