Nikita Popov 9a85643cd3 [KnownBits] Combine abs() implementations ...

ValueTracking was using a more powerful abs() implementation. Roll
it into KnownBits::abs(). Also add an exhaustive test for abs(),
in both the poisoning and non-poisoning variants.
