Jinsong Ji e065e5f12a [NFC][PowerPC] Refactor classifyGlobalReference ...

We always(and only) check the NLP flag after calling
classifyGlobalReference to see whether it is accessed
indirectly.

Refactor to code to use isGVIndirectSym instead.
