Nicolas Vasilache 6e92d3fead [mlir][Test] Add a test pass to act as a sink towards LLVM conversion ...

This allows writing simple e2e tests where we can check for the proper materialization
of specific LLVM IR (e.g. `llvm.intr.fmuladd`).
