Yaxun Liu 4306f2086f [CUDA] Set LLVM calling convention for CUDA kernel ...

Some targets need special LLVM calling convention for CUDA kernel.
This patch does that through a TargetCodeGenInfo hook.

It only affects amdgcn target.
