Jonas Devlieghere 4e26cf2cfb [lldb/CMake] Rename LLDB_DISABLE_PYTHON to LLDB_ENABLE_PYTHON 
This matches the naming scheme used by LLVM and all the other optional
dependencies in LLDB.
