Heejin Ahn 341d4cdeb6 [WebAssembly] Move debug tests into DebugInfo ...

This moves debug info tests in `test/CodeGen/WebAssembly` into
`test/DebugInfo/WebAssembly`, to gather all wasm debug info related
tests there.
