This reverts commit a15b66e76d.

This causes linker to crash at assertion: `Assertion failed: !Expr->isComplex(), file C:\b\s\w\ir\cache\builder\src\third_party\llvm\llvm\lib\CodeGen\LiveDebugValues\InstrRefBasedImpl.cpp, line 907`.
