Roger Ferrer Ibanez 0cbdd2a82a [RISCV] Fix isStoreToStackSlot ...

Because of the layout of stores (that don't have a destination operand)
this check is exactly the same as the one in
RISCVInstrInfo::isLoadFromStackSlot.
