Sean Callanan fb3e4306af Cloned FindExternalVisibleDecls from ...

ClangExpressionDeclMap to ClangASTSource, and
moved all general type and namespace lookups
into ClangASTSource.  Now ClangASTSource is ready
to complete types given nothing more than a target
and an AST context.
