Francis Visoiu Mistrih e76c5fcd70 [CodeGen] Print external symbols as $symbol in both MIR and debug output ...

Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by printing
`$symbol` instead of `<es:symbol>`.

Only debug syntax is affected.
