Nikita Popov 68e01339cc [CGBuilder] Remove type-less CreateAlignedLoad() APIs (NFC) ...

These are incompatible with opaque pointers. This is in preparation
of dropping this API on the IRBuilder side as well.

Instead explicitly pass the loaded type.
