Migrate away from the deprecated MCSymbolRefExpr::VariantKind.
The name "Specifier" is utilized in a few *MCExpr.

> "Relocation specifier" is clear, aligns with Arm and IBM AIX's documentation, and fits the assembler's role seamlessly.
