Sander de Smalen 75b2555d6e NFC: Migrate LoopUnrollPass to work on InstructionCost ...

This patch migrates cost values and arithmetic to work on InstructionCost.
When the interfaces to TargetTransformInfo are changed, any InstructionCost
state will propagate naturally.
