generic pushDestroy function.

This would reduce the number of useful declarations in
CGTemporaries.cpp to one.  Since CodeGenFunction::EmitCXXTemporary
does not deserve its own file, move it to CGCleanup.cpp and delete
CGTemporaries.cpp.
