Amir Ayupov 884bc6a6ed [X86] Modify LOOP*, HLT control flow attributes ...

Add missing control flow attributes:
- LOOP*: isBranch, isTerminator
- HLT: isTerminator

This helps downstream disassemblers (such as BOLT) reconstruct the control
flow graph more accurately.
