Duncan P. N. Exon Smith 7c60f20e49 DebugInfo: Delete DIDescriptor (but not its subclasses) ...

Delete `DIDescriptor` and update the remaining users.  I'll follow-up by
deleting subclasses in manageable groups (top-down).
