David Blaikie 81d0829438 Revert "IntrusiveRefCntPtr -> std::shared_ptr for CompilerInvocationBase and CodeCompleteConsumer" 
Caused a memory leak reported by asan. Reverting while I investigate.

This reverts commit r291184.
