Ted Kremenek dd43aeee54 Fixed: <rdar://problem/5881148> ...

Problem:

In the recently refactored VisitDeref (which processes dereferences), we
were incorrectly skipping the node just generated for the subexpression
of the dereference.  This was a horrible regression.
