Matt Arsenault 8efb8f776a OpenMP: Use inbounds in EmitOMPAggregateAssign ...

This looked like a plausibly correct out of tree patch.
The changed testcases with the pragmas stripped out only use
inbounds GEPs so I assume this is correct.
