In addition, this commit does the following combine

vfmv.v.f + fmv.[dhw].x -> vmv.v.x
vfmv.s.f + fmv.[dhw].x -> vmv.s.x
vfmerge.vfm + fmv.[dhw].x -> vmerge.vxm
