This PR fix a AST dump issue since https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/80001 When Clang dumps `CXXDefaultArgExpr`/`CXXDefaultInitExpr`, there has no recursively dump the complete `CXXDefaultArgExpr`/`CXXDefaultInitExpr`.
