Sami Tolvanen 5a3d6ce956 [Clang][Driver] Add KCFI to SupportsCoverage ...

Allow `-fsanitize=kcfi` to be enabled with `-fsanitize-coverage=` modes
such as `trace-{pc,cmp}`.
