Duncan P. N. Exon Smith 46d7af5729 Rename MapValue(Metadata*) to MapMetadata() ...

Instead of reusing the name `MapValue()` when mapping `Metadata`, use
`MapMetadata()`.  The old name doesn't make much sense after the
`Metadata`/`Value` split.
